Contenu | Au cours de l’enquête, toutes les naissances vivantes de la femme ont été enregistrées, en précisant le sexe, la date de naissance, l'état de survie, l’âge pour les enfants survivants ainsi que l'âge au décès pour les enfants décédés (au jour près pour les décès de moins d’un mois, au mois près pour ceux de moins de deux ans et en années pour les décès survenus à deux ans ou plus). Les informations recueillies dans l'historique des naissances, permettent de calculer les indicateurs suivants : - Quotient de mortalité néonatale (NN) : mesure, à la naissance, la probabilité de décéder avant d'atteindre un mois exact ; Quotient de mortalité post-néonatale (PNN) : mesure, chez les enfants âgés d’un mois exact, la probabilité de décéder avant d’atteindre le douzième mois exact ; - Quotient de mortalité infantile (1q0) : mesure à la naissance, la probabilité de décéder avant d’atteindre le premier anniversaire ; Quotient de mortalité juvénile (4q1) : mesure, chez les enfants âgés d’un an exact, la probabilité de décéder avant le cinquième anniversaire ; - Quotient de mortalité infanto-juvénile (5q0) : mesure, à la naissance, la probabilité de décéder avant le cinquième anniversaire. |
